This business is owned and founded by Jerome Joyce who serves as the CEO and President. He is in charge of the operations of the business. Mr. Joyce has about 15 years professional work experience with a Master’s degree in career development, CR Certified Rehabilitation Counselor certification, CCC Certified career counselor certification and CESP Certified Employment Specialist Professional certification has Also been in the real estate business for four years and has decided to have his unique plan in the education industry overseas. an international accreditation in CRC and decided to bring his professional talents to Africa and Guyana.

Our major service is specialized in career services and vocational rehabilitation, teaching people with disabilities softskills and providing them with services such as assessments, counseling, work accommodation, and diagnosis for functional compatibility. Our services also include developing relationships and striking contracts that deal with local colleges, government, companies and NGO agencies.
